Dato’ Dr. Haji Amirudin Abdul Wahab<br />

Chief Executive Officer<br />

CyberSecurity Malaysia<br />

His Excellency Dato’ Dr. Haji Amirudin Abdul Wahab (“Dato’ Dr. Amir”) is currently the Chief Executive Officer of CyberSecurity<br />

Malaysia, a strategic agency under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI), Malaysia and the agency that<br />

monitors sovereignty of the country. He has around 25 years of ICT working experience in the telecom and IT sector in the<br />

Government as well as in the semi-government and private sectors.<br />

Through his leadership at Cybersecurity Malaysia, Dato’ Dr. Amir managed to contribute to Malaysia’s achievement in attaining<br />

number #3 rank in the world, in the 2014 International Telecom Union (ITU) Global Cyber Security Index and becoming the<br />

first World Trustmark Alliance Chairman to be reappointed to a second term, was selected to receive an ASEAN Award as the<br />

Outstanding Chief Information/Security Officer Award. He is also a POLCYB (The Society of The Policing of Cyberspace) Non-<br />

Executive Board of Directors for year 2015 to 2018.<br />

He served as an OIC Task Force Member on ICT and Cyber Security and a Fellow at Malaysian Institute of Management. Recently, he also has<br />

been appointed as Vice-Chair of OIC Science and Technology Committee and Executive Committee Member of Annual Coordination Meeting of<br />

OIC Institutios (ACMOI) during the Thematic Committee on Science, Technology and Information Technology meeting which was held in conjunction<br />

with Annual Coordination Meeting of OIC Institutions on 7 December 2015 at Jeddah, Arab Saudi. He also has been ratified by APEC ECSG on 27<br />

February 2016, Lima as an Expert Members for the 2nd APEC E-Commerce Business Alliance Expert Council.<br />

Dato’ CM Vignaesvaran Jeyandran (D.I.M.P)<br />

Yang Berbahagia Dato’ CM Vignaesvaran who is more fondly known as Vicks has accumulated a wealth of experience across<br />

various industries in the corporate world.<br />

He began his career in the construction industry when the KUALA LUMPUR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (KLIA) was still in the<br />

process of being built. Notwithstanding the fact that he was a fresh graduate from the NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF MALAYSIA<br />

(or Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM)) in Business Administration, Vicks was entrusted to manage the “KLIA ground lighting<br />

system” and the “MAS catering building” projects with an astounding combined value of more than RM300 million.<br />

After completion of the KLIA project, Dato’ Vicks played another instrumental role in the construction of yet another national<br />

pride - the PETRONAS TWIN TOWER and subsequently in the MALACCA SUNGAI UDANG REFINERY for Petronas and the<br />

SEGARI POWER PLANT projects.<br />

Due to the successes in his areas of responsibilities for these projects, many more power and telecommunications assignments followed suit. In the<br />

late 1990’s, he made a conscious decision to expand his horizon and moved on to the Sales & Marketing industry; returning to his study-area-ofspecialisation<br />

while at university.<br />

Dato’ Vicks, who has never been afraid of getting his hands in the thick of action no matter how humble a task might be, embraced his modest start<br />

in the Sales and Marketing arena as a Digital Sales Specialist at INCHCAPE MALAYSIA. He made a conscious decision to take up a Microsoft<br />

Professional certification as he moved on to be the Network Support Specialist with SHARP ROXY Malaysia; a position he held on for 7 years. He<br />

successfully ended his stint with SHARP ROXY as Head of Department for Marketing and Technical Support. He went on to become the Operations<br />

Manager in SAPURA retail solutions in charge of Petronas downstream activities.<br />

Dr Fadhlullah Suhaimi Abdul Malek<br />

PEMANDU<br />

Dr Fazul is currently the Director for NKEA Communication, Content and Infrastructure (CCI), Agriculture and NKRA Rural<br />

Development. He joined PEMANDU in October 2010.<br />

A Public Health Specialist by training, prior to joining PEMANDU he was at TM (Telekom Malaysia); with his last post being Chief<br />

Corporate and Regulatory Officer. He spent more than 12 years in the telco sector in the field of strategy, regulatory, corporate<br />

governance and product development with a focus on internet having key achievements in the transformation of TM.<br />

He had served as a Board member in various companies under TM and Khazanah Nasional Berhad both locally and internationally. A founding<br />

member of the Malaysian Internet Exchange and Communication Multimedia Content Forum (CMCF) and an alumnus of Malay College Kuala<br />

Kangsar, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, National University of Singapore, Leeds University UK and INSEAD France.<br />
