coconut almond smoothie<br />

- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond<br />

milk<br />

- 1 apple, cut into chunks<br />

- ½ frozen banana<br />

- 1 tablespoon of almond butter<br />

- 2 tablespoons of rolled oats<br />

- 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds<br />

- 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon<br />

- 1 teaspoon of coconut flakes<br />

- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder<br />

- 1 cup of water<br />

Place ingredients in blender and blend<br />

on high until smooth.<br />

NOTE: I find the ideal consistency of smoothies often depends on personal preference,<br />

so add more or less water to this recipe depending on how thin or thick you like your<br />

smoothies!
