I love having this before or after a good workout at the gym! The raspberries are low<br />

in calories and filled with antioxidants while the protein helps feed those hardworking<br />

muscles of yours. Plus, it tastes absolutely delicious!<br />

- 1 cup almond milk<br />

- 1 cup frozen raspberries<br />

- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter<br />

- ½ teaspoon of natural vanilla<br />

extract<br />

- Pinch of sea salt<br />

- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder<br />

- 1 cup of water<br />

- Ice<br />

Place ingredients in blender on high<br />

until smooth.
