Social Inventors Toolkit across America with the
Millennial Trains Project. Exploring what it means
to do human-centered political design, she used
this hands-on tool to explore citizen systems and
futures thinking in 7 cities and regions: the Bay
Area, Salt Lake City, Denver, Omaha, Chicago,
Pittsburgh, and Washington, D.C.
In 2014, she was invited to talk at TEDx event in
Maui, where she presented her research on social
invention and human-centered political design.
She’s now a research affiliate at the Institute
for the Future and the Hawaii Research Center
for Futures Studies, in addition to serving as a
Resident Futurist at the Planetary Collective.
