GENERAL INFO<br />
ART<br />
Digital Art – Submitted digital art must be in a vector (editable paths) EPS format with all fonts converted to curves, paths, or outlines to be<br />
considered ready for all products in this catalog.<br />
• Submit digital files via CD or email to: orders@mcmgroup.net<br />
• When submitting files, reference the purchase order number, your company name, and phone number.<br />
• Files not in this format may be considered unusable.<br />
• All fonts will be matched closest to in-stock fonts and imprints will be arranged to best fit the imprint area.<br />
Colors in the Catalog – are printed only and may not be an exact color match to the original product or ink color. Please order samples for review.<br />
Trademark Usage – The customer hereby agrees to hold MCM Group harmless from any liability which may result from the usage of art submitted by<br />
the customer. Logos and ad copy imprints on merchandise in this catalog are merely shown to illustrate the quality and design of the products.<br />
They do not illustrate actual orders or imply endorsements of our product line.<br />
College/University Trademark Usage – All art that is considered trademark or registered by any college or university will be subject to approval by the<br />
university or its designee prior to production.<br />
PRODUCTION CHARGES AND INFORMATION<br />
PMS Color Match: $40.00.<br />
Ink Change Charge: $25.00.<br />
Overruns/Under runs and Exact Quantities: MCM Group reserves the right to ship up to 5% over or under quantity ordered.<br />
If you request no overs and/or no unders, the charge is $30.00.<br />
Cancellations or changes: After an order is received, cancellation charges apply at cost of labor, art time, and materials. All cancellations or changes<br />
must be made in writing.<br />
Fabric/Material: Due to the nature of material, MCM Group cannot guarantee color match from one dye lot to another. Variances in color, shade,<br />
texture, size, and construction of finished goods may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to change, correct, or improve products without notice.<br />
Fabric swatches are available at no charge and should be used as a guide only since dye lots vary. No adjustments or claims will be processed<br />
regarding these variances.<br />
Product Size: All product dimensions are approximate and may vary up to 1/2" to 5/8". No adjustments or claims will be processed regarding slight<br />
size variances.<br />
Return to Stock: Blank stock may be returned within 2 months of receipt for a 15% restocking fee. Stock must be in pristine condition.<br />
RETURNS<br />
Customer Service must be notified of any quality issues regarding merchandise or imprint within 30 days of receipt of order. No claim or return<br />
will be accepted or credited 30 days after shipment.<br />
SHIPPING<br />
F.O.B. Zip 63935 – We will ship best way, unless specified: UPS Ground or Air. Due to our high-volume shipping with UPS, MCM Group has shortened<br />
transit times for a large portion of the country. 2nd or 3rd Party Arranged Freight: The customer or end-user accepts all liability for misclassifications,<br />
and delayed pick-up or delivery of shipments not arranged by MCM Group.<br />
Packaging: Standard bulk packaging is used unless otherwise noted. Call for quote on special packaging costs<br />

available for COLORMAX imprinting.<br />
Colormax Art Specifications: 4 Color Process – CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black)<br />
• Vector artwork should be created in Adobe Illustrator® 12 or later or Corel Draw® 13 or later. Vector art in .ai, .eps, or .cdr format.<br />
Placed images should be 300dpi or higher.<br />
• All colors within the artwork must be CMYK (PROCESS) colors and designated as such.<br />
• Artwork must be actual size to be printed and all fonts used in the design must be converted to curves or outlines (to prevent any font-related issues).<br />
• Minimum line thickness in 3 pts for opacity.<br />
Please note: Fluorescent colors are not available and PMS color matches are not available. PMS colors are converted to corresponding CMYK colors to<br />
achieve close equivalents. When a close PMS equivalent will not be sufficient, please contact customer service to discuss an alternative process using<br />
