4. Director Banta asked for an update on the Chocolate Bayou project
mentioned at the last board meeting. Gary responded that they have
hired a consultant to locate incentives. The investment decision is
expected late 2016 or early 2017.
B. Membership Relations – Holly Schroedter Adams
1. We will continue to work through any issues with the Kindle Fire
devices. You can access the board packets online.
2. Appreciation gifts are being hand delivered upon renewal.
3. The newsletters are going out monthly.
4. The Business of the Quarter honor was awarded to Chevron Phillips.
They will receive recognition at our December 1 st Special Membership
Meeting.

Director Francis made a motion to accept the new members, with a second
from Directory Quilty. The motion passed unanimously.
