POST PRINTING 

LOW MINIMUMS – QUICK TURNAROUND 

HOT STAMPING – OUR MOST POPULAR IMPRINTING PROCESS! 

For a metallic image, hot stamping is the best option. A plate is created, then through heat and pressure, 

the foil is transferred to the surface of the product. We offer a wide range of foil colors including metallic, 

matte and gloss. See the color selection on page 38. Customize your packaging for $.15 per bag/$.10 per 

box or merchandise bag. 

INK PRINTING 

Fast and economical, ink printing is a process through which ink is transferred from a flexible plate to a 

product’s surface. Ink printing is best for 1 or 2-color designs when tight registration is less critical. It’s ideal 

for printing uncoated boxes and bags allowing for better ink absorption. See the color selection on page 

39. Promote your brand for $.10 per bag/$.06 per box or merchandise bag.

SILK SCREEN PRINTING 

Ink is transferred to a product through a fine screen. This method is very precise and is ideal for non-woven 

bags or when multiple colors are needed and registration is critical. It’s also a great choice when you have 

specific PMS colors to match. See the color selection on page 39. Customize your packaging for 

$.29 per bag.

POST PRINT ORDERING INFORMATION 

MINIMUM ORDER – The minimum order is one case. 

PRICING – Printing and plate charges are in addition to the product cost. 

QUANTITY PRICING – Products (paper bags, plastic bags, boxes) may be combined for the minimum printing charge as 

long as the same plate and same color are used. Orders requiring a different plate size or a different color cannot be combined to 

meet the minimum printing charge. 

An order involving two plates for two different product sizes constitutes two separate jobs. Each job will be priced separately to 

determine printing charges. 

Orders for combined products (bags & boxes) will be priced at the higher minimum printing price. 

Example: 250 shopping bags and 250 boxes will both be priced at the higher minimum if combined. 

LEAD TIME – Imprinting is our specialty. You can expect a quick turnaround once the art is approved. 

UNDER RUN – Orders are subject to a 5% under run; the full order quantity will be invoiced. 

CUSTOM COLORS – There is a $75.00 charge per color for custom hot stamp and ink print colors. 

There is a $100.00 charge for silk screen standard PMS color match. 

PROOFS – A proof will be provided for final approval. A press proof is available for a charge of $50.00. 

ART PREP – There is a $50.00 charge for artwork and copy changes when supplied art is not print-ready. 

ARTWORK – Print-ready artwork is required; otherwise additional art charges may apply. Faxes are not acceptable 

for reproduction. Artwork must be submitted with fonts or outline type. Artwork must be submitted in vector graphics 

format using Adobe Illustrator. 

NOTE: 

• Maximum print area information is located on the appropriate product pages. 

• 2-color jobs require 1/4" spacing between colors and no critical alignment. 

• Hot stamped designs that include continuous borders do not print well. 

• Fine lines and large prints with reverse-outs do not print well and art may need to be modified. 

• Half-tones or screens cannot be hot stamped or ink printed. 

• Active plates will be placed in inactive status after 2 years and destroyed after 3 years.
