POST PRINT ORDERING INFORMATION
MINIMUM ORDER – The minimum order is one case.
PRICING – Printing and plate charges are in addition to the product cost.
QUANTITY PRICING – Products (paper bags, plastic bags, boxes) may be combined for the minimum printing charge as
long as the same plate and same color are used. Orders requiring a different plate size or a different color cannot be combined to
meet the minimum printing charge.
An order involving two plates for two different product sizes constitutes two separate jobs. Each job will be priced separately to
determine printing charges.
Orders for combined products (bags & boxes) will be priced at the higher minimum printing price.
Example: 250 shopping bags and 250 boxes will both be priced at the higher minimum if combined.
LEAD TIME – Imprinting is our specialty. You can expect a quick turnaround once the art is approved.
UNDER RUN – Orders are subject to a 5% under run; the full order quantity will be invoiced.
CUSTOM COLORS – There is a $75.00 charge per color for custom hot stamp and ink print colors.
There is a $100.00 charge for silk screen standard PMS color match.
PROOFS – A proof will be provided for final approval. A press proof is available for a charge of $50.00.
ART PREP – There is a $50.00 charge for artwork and copy changes when supplied art is not print-ready.
ARTWORK – Print-ready artwork is required; otherwise additional art charges may apply. Faxes are not acceptable
for reproduction. Artwork must be submitted with fonts or outline type. Artwork must be submitted in vector graphics
format using Adobe Illustrator.
NOTE:
• Maximum print area information is located on the appropriate product pages.
• 2-color jobs require 1/4" spacing between colors and no critical alignment.
• Hot stamped designs that include continuous borders do not print well.
• Fine lines and large prints with reverse-outs do not print well and art may need to be modified.
• Half-tones or screens cannot be hot stamped or ink printed.
• Active plates will be placed in inactive status after 2 years and destroyed after 3 years.

slightly within commercially acceptable industry standards.
• Artwork position on post printed bags may vary slightly from bag to bag due to manual feeding.
• Print quality may be slightly affected by folds and creases that are produced in the manufacturing of bags.
• Products and logos shown in this catalog are intended to illustrate the products and options.
