33, a great age<br />
A palindrome that comes but once a decade…
What could be suitable for the birthday boy,<br />
Who literally has every fancy toy?
Should she get him a book?
But he has plenty <strong>of</strong> those in every nook…<br />
Should she get him a drone?<br />
He would just return it with a groan!
For any gadget that would be true,<br />
But then what could she get boo-hoo!
And then it came in a moment shining,<br />
That would do away with the incessant whining…
‘Nothing’ he kept uttering every time she asked,<br />
So that’s what he’ll get, she decided at last…
As easy as it sounds it really is not,<br />
To give the <strong>gift</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>nothing</strong> is with doubt fraught,
The poem above does count too,<br />
But because <strong>of</strong> the title, it does to the requirement stay true…
Or does it not because it is something,<br />
A conundrum so ironic all for <strong>nothing</strong>!
To get out <strong>of</strong> this mess let’s just sing a song,<br />
