QUIET NIGHT IN
Performer - Amy Gough
Amy trained at Arts Ed. She has recently finished choreographing
and performing in The Snow Queen, directed by Anna Chancellor
(The Tabernacle).
Recent credits include: Grandma Josephine in Charlie and The
Chocolate Factory (Site specific), Songs from the Musicals (Barnes),
U/S Louise in Carousel (Catford Broadway Theatre), Sophie 10-33 Project (The Last Refuge), Jack in
Jack and the Beanstalk (Tour). Film Credits: Singer in WellChild Charity single (Metropolis
Studios), Sophie in Surprise Party and Rachel in True Fact (Threw A Glass Productions).
Amy is excited to be part of the ONE festival, working alongside her great friend Robert Elkin.
A history enthusiast, lover of travel and proud northerner; Amy would like to thank her family,
friends and partner Rob for all their support and to you for watching.
Director - Robert Elkin
Robert trained as an actor, graduating from RSAMD in 2011, and is associate artist of Bard in the
Botanics, playing roles including Viola (Twelfth Night), Mercutio (Romeo & Juliet), Richard II
(Richard II). He’s also appeared at The Space with Black Balloon’s ‘In This House’ in 2014.
Having taken part in The Space’s 29 Plays Later in 2016, he’s thrilled to be bringing ‘Quiet Night In’,
his piece from Day 15, to The Space’s stage and would like to thank Sebastian and Adam for their
support.
Robert is currently developing The Fair Youth and The Dark Lady, a piece inspired by the artist of
Shakespeare’s Chandos Portrait.
