Anna Maria, a city filled with island life, is a nature lover’s haven. Located
on the north side of Anna Maria Island on the West Coast of Florida, it is an
amazing place to visit with much to enjoy: from the beaches and friendly community
to the wildlife conservation efforts. Animal enthusiasts will appreciate
that the entire city is a bird sanctuary. Many residents also help to protect the
Loggerhead Turtles that nest on the beaches. The marine life is abundant, with

Home to 54,000 people and Tropicana’s juice production facility, Bradenton
may seem like your ordinary city, but on a further inspection Bradenton has
much to offer. The Village of the Arts is a neighborhood where zoning laws
have been changed so that artists and entrepreneurs can live and work at
home. A majority of the old homes have been renovated and turned into galleries
and studios for the artists. Some have even been converted into small
restaurants. You don’t have to just be a lover of the arts to appreciate Bradenton.
With fishing, relaxing on the beach, taking in a live stage show, visiting
one of the many museums or just walking down by the waterfront, Bradenton
has something for everyone.

With 5 square miles and a population of 1,500, Bradenton Beach is the place
to go and get away from the rat race. The city, which is located on the south
of Anna Maria Island, has 6 parks and 4 miles of beach, which is plenty of
space to spread out your blanket and take in some sun. If you want to do more
than just lie in the sun, there is great fishing from the city pier, inshore and
offshore fishing tours, and many bars, restaurants, and shopping establishments
to enjoy.
