INTRODUCTION<br />
Get involved in sport and physical activity<br />
At Tower Hamlets Council, we want to increase the number of people doing sport and<br />
physical activity. In turn, this will result in an improvement in the health and wellbeing of<br />
our residents. Opportunities to get involved in Tower Hamlets are provided by the many<br />
sports clubs and community organisations here. This directory contains information and<br />
contact details for them. If you are interested in attending any of them, get in touch to<br />
find out when the sessions take place and any costs involved.<br />

We run sport and physical activity projects in<br />
partnership with organisations such as Better,<br />
StreetGames, to provide opportunities for older<br />
people, women & girls, and other disadvantaged<br />
