Begin trading as a sole<br />

proprietorship under<br />

DB Graphics and Print Solutions<br />

with one owner and no staff<br />

members, outsourcing work.<br />

2012<br />

JD Printing Enterprises (Pty) Ltd is formed,<br />

with a silent partner trading as <strong>Consortium</strong> <strong>Signs</strong>.<br />

<strong>Consortium</strong> <strong>Signs</strong> moves into its first premises of<br />

60sqm, purchasing our first large format printer.<br />

2013<br />

With a 100% growth rate, <strong>Consortium</strong> <strong>Signs</strong><br />

expands into new premises, now operating<br />

from a 120sqm factory. We now offer into other<br />

kinds of print and signage, and hire six more<br />

employees.<br />

2015<br />

<strong>Consortium</strong> start exploring more avenues of business, opening<br />

up a shopfitting division. We upgrade our equipment with more<br />

larger format printers, CNC routing and many more. We make a<br />

massive leap, now employing 45 full time staff members!<br />

2010<br />

DB Graphics employs its first staff member.<br />

WHERE WE BEGAN...<br />

2014<br />

We expand operations yet again, increasing<br />

our staff base to fourteen and purchasing<br />

further large format printers.<br />

2016<br />

We specialise even further to become one of the<br />

most innovative full branding solution companies<br />

in KZN! <strong>Consortium</strong> <strong>Signs</strong> JHB is opened and<br />

further machines are purchased, moving into other<br />

avenues like Point of Sale and acquiring a flatbed<br />

printer as well as a flatbed cutter. Our employee<br />

complement is now at 65.<br />
