Welcome to our new <strong>Horizon</strong> <strong>Homes</strong> display home, The Chillagoe. We have taken many of the needs and<br />
desires of previous clients to design and build a home that is unique in every aspect.<br />
The natural nishes of timber, stone and copper gives this home an organic look and feel. The ivory and grey<br />
tones provide the warmth that makes it feel like a real home.<br />
Like all <strong>Horizon</strong> <strong>Homes</strong>, this architecturally designed home is of impeccable quality, starting with the<br />
stunning Axolotl entrance door of zinc, copper and bronze. These natural nishes extend to the powder<br />
room with its copper basin and tap ware.<br />
The design is for contemporary living with a number of indoor and outdoor living areas maximising the<br />
natural light, so there is always somewhere to go throughout the day. The living area opens to a large<br />
enclosed alfresco terrace with a wet bar.<br />
The open plan entertainer’s kitchen is truly the hub of this home, with a large oversize marble bench sitting<br />
above natural timber ooring. A large separate pantry and excellent lighting provides the practicality<br />
required for today’s living.<br />
Upstairs is another living area with its north facing library nook, which leads to a balcony and a day bed. The<br />
enormous master bedroom features a large walk-in-robe and ensuite with inset bath and timber look oor<br />
to ceiling tiles. Three other bedrooms with ample storage, perfect for a growing family or entertaining guests<br />
and another designer bathroom.<br />
<strong>Horizon</strong> <strong>Homes</strong> have included various design features to ensure its energy-efcient, including wide roof<br />
eaves and louvered windows in strategic locations to capture the breeze. Double glaze front windows<br />
reduce noise from the street, whilst Hebel ooring and acoustic batts in cavities work well together to<br />
eliminate sound transfer between oors.<br />
