There is so much that can be
said about my entertainment
group, “Xtreme Soundz.” When I
created this group my sophomore
year in highschool, I knew
there was gonna be a much
larger purpose for us. I hand
picked all the members in the
group in 2011 because we
each hold an individual asset
that makes us outshine together
as a group. For those that know
how we started and the trials we
went through to get here today
, they can definitely vouche on
the behalf of the hard work and
persistence of my group. Making
Xtreme till this day is one of the

best decisions I’ve ever made in
my life. When people look at us
they see just two DJs (Disc Jockeys)
and often underestimated
our Champion group. Before my
partner DJ Tim and I even started
DJing, we started off as a
Band and are still one today.
We all attended Boston Arts
Academy during high school
where we discovered each other
and the passion we have for
our craft. Our band consists of
a amazingly gifted keyboard
player named RJ, a hit-making
artist/vocalist named Siah, a well
crafted rapper named Phenom
V, a killing bass player named
Javon Clark, and three drummers,
DBlaze, DJ Tim & myself. We also
have two other members that
put in a lot of work in our family,
Yabasha & Delta. Together we
form a pristine champion group
that doesn’t tolerate mediocre
work & effort. We are very musically
driven and we express ourselves
everytime we play.
The path that led us to become
Disc Jockeys was something no
one in our group saw coming.
At the end of 2014, rapidly approaching
2015, Xtreme Soundz
art of music is built in to you. We
make sure we stick to our musical
fundamentals. I can remember
countless times where we’ll be
practicing as a group and even
if one of us made the slightest
error, we made that person redo
it and didn’t advance to the
next phase until he completed
the transition perfectly according
to our fundamentals.
This wasn’t to knock anyone in
our family but to strengthen it
and become the group we are
now. We bring a unique side
to music industry in this present
world and everyday I notice
the respect for our group
grows more and more. I do a lot
to keep my group together and
picked up the art of blending
music and fell in love with it quick
too. I often express DJ by telling
your own story how ever you
want it to be heard. That’s all it
is. Displaying the sweet love and
connection there is between
your brain, creativity, hands
& turntables. Truly a beautiful
thing. The key thing that makes
us very unique is that we live
with fundamentals. The musical
fundamental training we all got
in highschool with keys and timing,
especially as a drummer, the
working because I know we all
have something amazing in us
and it wasn’t by chance that I
put us all in the same group for
ongoing 7 years. Although DJing
is our newest talent and only
been going strong for 2 years,
we make sure we aren’t judged
on the years of experience but
on the true talent of turntablism
and blending. From my partner
DJ Tim & I performing at parties
with individuals ipads in our
hands to full blown setups now
with multiple speakers, we will
always be that same persistent
champion group that God has
a plan for. We want to thank all
of our supporters that has been
with us from day one and I promise
you won’t be let down.

Mark Edmond was born in Stoughton,
MA, but raised in Sunrise, FL. Introduced
to music at an early age,
he wrote his first rap around the age
of 8, or 9, which at the time was just a
hobby. Initially, his dream was to play
in the NBA. At 10, he was in a group
with his two older brothers, cousin,
and one of his cousin’s friends called
“Tha Finest”, where they would record
their music on a cassette tape player.
That only lasted through the summer,
but Mark kept writing on his own.
He started taking things more seriously
around the time when he got
into high school, after losing his love
for playing basketball. At that point
is when he turned to music fully, started
perfecting his craft, and saw it as
a potential career for himself. Since
then, he’s released a series of singles

throughout the years. Still, looking for
his big-break.
Q: Who are some of your musical inspirations/
or influences?
A: I have so many, I could go on
and on for hours naming names, but
to name a few, I would have to say
2Pac, Michael Jackson, and Jon Bon
Jovi are on the top of that list. Those
are like my heroes. Then, you have Ludacris,
that was the first rapper that
I could say was my favorite growing
up. I love 90s, early 2000s Hip-Hop,
R&B/Soul, so I found, and still find a
lot of inspiration from a bunch of artist
from those eras. As for today’s era,
J. Cole is inspirational. All in all, I listen
to all types of music, so my inspirations
and influences come from all
over the place. I’ve been into music
for as long as I can remember. That’s
my ruling passion, for sure.
Q: What was the first album you ever
owned?
A: “WWF The Music, Vol. 3”. I remember
getting it for Christmas in 1998 I
believe. We were huge wrestling fans
back in the days. We had the the
heavyweight championship belt and
all.
Q: What are your thoughts on today’s
music?
A: I’m a fan of some, not a fan of others.
I think there’s a time and place
for everything, but there needs to
be more of a balance on the mainstream
level. It’s hardly about talent
anymore, more so about image and
popularity, so everybody thinks they
have what it takes. Most of them start
by following whatever is trending at
the moment, now you have all these
people trying to make some-what of
the same song over and over again
to “turn up” to, but what about real
life? Not saying we don’t need those
kind of songs too, because that’s
what I’d prefer to hear when I’m in
those environments, but the club or
whatever function is only a few hours
out the day. That’s why a lot times
people make reference to “back in
the days”, because most of the artist
who were in the forefront had real
talent, took their craft serious, and
were making music with actual substance
that you coulVd actually feel,
which is why much of it is still relevant
today. Music is what helps a lot of
us get through whatever we’re going
through in our lives, but often times
now, a lot of that shit slips through
the cracks. Good thing we’re in a
time where you can listen to whatever
you want, whenever you want,
but you have to really look for it, because
the market’s also over-saturated.
I try to give everybody a chance
once I get around to it, but I’m only
going to continue to listen to what I
like, so in my world, all’s well.
Q: There’s thousands of rappers being
born everyday, what would you
say sets you apart from the rest?
A: The fact that I’m being my true
self! Me being me makes me unique.
I’m not trying to be the next, or new
nobody, except for the first Mark Edmond.
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5-10
years?
A: By then, I would hope to have
found my niche. Prospering. A successful
business owner. Doing what I
love for a living. Traveling the world
off the strength of my music. Making a
positive impact on the lives of others.
Overall, I just want to be truly happy.
God willing. Oh yeah, mentioned with
the greats. I want to at least be in
the conversation!

M y name is Ronin Ingwersen
better known as Riingz from
Boston Mass. I originally
grew up in Woodstock, New
York but have a variety of
family in Brazil. I'm a music
producer and DJ performing
along the East Coast from
New York to Florida but
mainly based in the Bay State
Area. When I first started
growing up I was into a variety
of music going from EDM to
Classical then to Rap but as
time carried on to 7th grade,
everything started going
downhill with daily life like
friends, fighting with family
on a daily basis, and failing
many classes which kept
me really unmotivated to
keep music going but then one
day a friend of mine came to
me asking if I would be down
to DJ at an event of his for
a promotional show so I decided
to take the offer and
before I knew it I was out on
a grind with many email coming
in about needing a DJ for
parties, social events and
even the occasional opening
for many mainstream
rappers which completely
turned everything around
and the music scene was on a
roll. When people came to me
asking what I did for a living
my first answer was DJ and
that's it until a good friend
of mine that I met in High
School known as KIDQ asked
me if I was into making rap
instrumentals and tracks
but partially brushed it off
for days on end until I made
this one track #LavishLife
which came out as my first
mainstream instrumental
that pretty much brought
me into the life of being full
time DJ and Music Producer.
Since that day connections
have been created and
many shows have continued
to build up which from what
I can tell you, brought me
right out of the mud and into
a daily life that is full of
creativity and excitement.
When I got older, I took my
first trip to visit my mom
that had lived in Dubai, UAE

I'm from Boston. I started doing music around 7-8 years
old . I always had a passion for the culture. before I even
knew what rappers were even saying, I loved the culture
FOR WHAT it WAS. Growing up I liked 50 cent & dipset, then
I got older and did my research on Tupac , Max b , & Gucci
mane WHO soon became my favorite rapper. I always knew
I wanted to do music no matter what phase I went through
in life.
Everywhere I went people told me I'm ahead of my time, So
that always gave me the idea that i could be somebody .
Around September 2015 I Formed a group called self made
& we had a studio. at my sisters house and everyday we
smoked weed and went to work in the studio even though
it was low quality, we made good music. I ended up making
a good song a lot of people liked called Guccivelli i n
the same room . It has over 37,000 views on SoundCloud
now. That really gave me a lil local push . It made me feel
like aight I got a lil wave going . I Just Kept Going And Doing
What I Really Like Doing & Making Music .Now I have my
mixtape Called C.A.S.H coming next Probably Around February
