Little’s were proud to be awarded the sole contract for headline talent for
the Glasgow Commonwealth Games opening and closing ceremonies.
Providing a professional and discreet chauffeur drive service was
imperative when transferring VIP clients. With close to 6 months of
continuous planning, all changes and updates were managed daily ensuring
all chauffeur driven cars and executive coach movements were seamless.
During the planning stages Little’s were regarded as a responsible
organisation by Glasgow 2014, and all of our chauffeurs received Glasgow
2014 Workforce Accreditation. In addition to this, we managed and issued
Vehicle Access Parking Passes, which were specific to each car and hire,
allowing Little’s cars to securely proceed through vehicle screening.
With the volume of movements taking place during this period, our team
worked simultaneously with security to complete site inspections and route
alterations of all venues prior to the ceremonies. Throughout this period,
Little’s On Site Co-ordinators were at vehicle checkpoints confirming
further instructions for all chauffeurs.
