GROUP VISITS SCAD FASH welcomes groups by appointment, extending its exhibition and educational resources through guided tours and access to scheduled film screenings, lectures and gallery talks. Group visits are available at reduced rates for a minimum of 10 people. Reservations should be secured by phone or email at least two weeks in advance. For more information or to make a reservation, email at scadfash@scad.edu or call 404.253.3132. The benefits of group reservations include: • Discounted rates for parties of 10 visitors or more • Expedited check-in • A dedicated tour guide for your group, if desired TOUR INFORMATION Guided tours of the museum provide visitors with an introduction to museum collections and special exhibitions on display. Group tours can be arranged in advance by email at scadfash@scad.edu or by calling 404.253.3132. VISITOR GUIDELINES CHECKROOM The museum requires visitors to check umbrellas, backpacks and bags before entering the galleries. The museum reserves the right to refuse other items and is not responsible for items held by the checkroom. MOBILITY ACCESS All galleries and facilities are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair accessible and handicapped-accessible parking is available on the fourth level of the adjacent SCAD Atlanta parking deck. The museum has a wheelchair available for guest use. CAMERAS Still photography or videography for personal use is permitted in the museum lobby and some exhibitions. No flash or tripods allowed. No photographs or videotapes may be reproduced, distributed or sold without permission from the museum. SMOKING Smoking is prohibited inside the museum and the SCAD Atlanta facility. CELLULAR PHONES The use of cellular phones in the museum galleries is not permitted. FOOD AND DRINKS Food and drinks are not permitted in the museum. SKETCHING Sketching, in pencil only, is permitted in galleries. Use of any medium other than pencil must be approved and supervised. While sketching, please do not block gallery traffic flow. STROLLERS Strollers are permitted in the galleries, but oversize strollers are prohibited. 46
