Jon Moses
President and Chief
Executive Officer
Mr. Moses brings more than
30 years of healthcare leadership
experience to NorthGauge.
Considered a vital strategic
partner by many chief executive
officers, chief medical officers,
quality and risk professionals, and healthcare attorneys,
Jon has extensive experience in service enhancement,
management skills training, operational assessment and
turnaround, governance education, performance improvement,
medical staff management and physician partnerships.
His strength is in his systematic and creative approach to
solving the most complex clinical and operational problems.
A former hospital CEO, Mr. Moses served in numerous hospital
executive leadership positions for a wide variety of hospitals in
Illinois and Idaho. After spending 13 years with the Provena
Health System (now Presence Health) and 5 years with the
St. Luke’s system in Idaho, Mr. Moses served as CEO of MD2,
the Nation’s first retainer-based primary care practice. Over the
past 15 years, Mr. Moses founded, developed and led two of
the nation’s most successful physician peer review companies.
During that time, he became one of the nation’s foremost
physician peer review and related strategy experts.
Robert Mordkin, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Mordkin brings
extensive clinical and
leadership skills that align
well with the needs of our
clients and NorthGauge’s
rapid growth. Currently,
Dr. Mordkin is the Chief
of Urology and the
Director of Robotic and Laparoscopic Surgery at the
Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, VA. He is a Diplomat
of the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the
American College of Surgeons. He is also a member of
the American Urological Association and the Society of
Laparoendoscopic Surgeons. Dr. Mordkin is instrumental
in the expansion and management of our peer review team
while helping to unsure that NorthGauge continues to meet
the important commitments we make to our clients.
