For Lyndall it’s not simply about Property<br />
Management, it’s everything that comes with<br />
it, the what, the why, the how, the when and<br />
those little surprises in between.<br />
Ever since leaving school and applying for her<br />
first job in real estate as an eager receptionist<br />
she has loved it. And to Lyndall her life of<br />
achievements doesn’t simply surround her<br />
work, at 16 she met her husband to be Joe and<br />
married him at the age of 21.<br />
Lyndall then found out she was expecting<br />
their first child, perhaps a little sooner than<br />
they had anticipated, but none the less she<br />
was excited. She was lucky enough to have a<br />
mum who offered to look after her son and got<br />
another job as a Senior Property Manager at a<br />
real estate agent in Manly.<br />
In her element she lead a team of property<br />
managers, a large portfolio of properties and<br />
unfortunately very little support. Four years<br />
later Lyndall left to have her daughter and<br />
knew that there was something missing in the<br />
real estate arena.<br />
After having child number 2, her Dad suggested<br />
starting her own business and a $20,000 loan<br />
later, an office in their house, Lyndall had 60<br />
managements within the first year. A little<br />
overwhelming to say the least. Luckily a friend<br />
knew a friend who had a similar business that<br />
he thought she should meet.<br />
As the saying goes, the rest is history.<br />
Robert Zappia and Lyndall Nesci both<br />
recognised there was a need to provide clients<br />
with more than the standard ‘sales’ model<br />
that real estate agents offered. Out of this<br />
partnership they have developed IP Managers<br />
into a business that has gone from strength<br />
to strength.<br />
Joining forces in 2000, they haven’t looked<br />
back since.<br />
