Investment Property Managers Lyndall Nesci FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL For Lyndall it’s not simply about Property Management, it’s everything that comes with it, the what, the why, the how, the when and those little surprises in between. Ever since leaving school and applying for her first job in real estate as an eager receptionist she has loved it. And to Lyndall her life of achievements doesn’t simply surround her work, at 16 she met her husband to be Joe and married him at the age of 21. Lyndall then found out she was expecting their first child, perhaps a little sooner than they had anticipated, but none the less she was excited. She was lucky enough to have a mum who offered to look after her son and got another job as a Senior Property Manager at a real estate agent in Manly. In her element she lead a team of property managers, a large portfolio of properties and unfortunately very little support. Four years later Lyndall left to have her daughter and knew that there was something missing in the real estate arena. After having child number 2, her Dad suggested starting her own business and a $20,000 loan later, an office in their house, Lyndall had 60 managements within the first year. A little overwhelming to say the least. Luckily a friend knew a friend who had a similar business that he thought she should meet. As the saying goes, the rest is history. Robert Zappia and Lyndall Nesci both recognised there was a need to provide clients with more than the standard ‘sales’ model that real estate agents offered. Out of this partnership they have developed IP Managers into a business that has gone from strength to strength.
