Classes are available during both three-week sessions, unless otherwise noted
in course description. Classes are not sequential.
Students may not have a gap in their schedule – there are no “free” periods
allowed during the day. SummerPrep campers arriving before 1st period may
join Before Care. Once afternoon camps have ended, students may come to
After Care. A daily snack will be served in the late afternoon.
Please sign up in advance for Extended Care (i.e. Before Care and/or After
Care) for one or more weeks at a time. Payment is due at the start of the week:
$10 per week for Before Care and $20 per week for After Care. After Care
ends promptly at 5:45 p.m. and there will be a late pickup fee ($1 per minute).

3. If you registered for SummerPrep in
previous years, you can log in with your
previously used email address. If you are
new to SummerPrep please create a new
account.
4. Enter student’s information, including
who is authorized to pick up student other
than parents.
5. Select classes
For two-part classes, register for Part A
and Part B.
6. Click “Checkout”
7. Enter payment information
A 50% deposit is required to register.
If you elect to pay later, an invoice will be
emailed to you.

Payments and Cancellations
We accept most forms of payment.
Should a child not be able to attend
SummerPrep, full refunds will be
granted until May 12, 2017, less a
$25 cancellation fee. After May 12,
no refunds will be issued for Session
One; after June 9, 2017 no refunds
will be issued for Session Two.
