At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the said<br />

Company, duly convened and held at the Sligo City Hotel, Quay<br />

Street, Sligo on the 25th day of <strong>January</strong> <strong>2017</strong> the following Ordinary<br />

Resolutions were duly passed:<br />

of the petition lo allow the debtor an opportunity to enter into such<br />

arrangement,<br />

*And the Court being satisfied that the centre of main interests of<br />

the said Sarah Evans is situated in Ireland, IT IS ORDERED that the<br />

said Sarah Evans be and she is here<strong>by</strong> adjudged bankrupt in main<br />

proceedings, in accordance with Article 3(1) of Council Regulation<br />

(FC) No 1346/2000.<br />

And the Court having considered in accordance with section 15(2) of<br />

the Bankruptcy Act 1988 the nature and value of the assets available<br />

to the debtor, the extent of his liabilities, and whether the debtor’s<br />

inability to meet his engagements could, having regard to those matters<br />

and the contents of the statement of affairs of the debtor filed with<br />

the Court, be more appropriately dealt with <strong>by</strong> means of a Personal<br />

Insolvency Arrangement, and the Court having adjourned the hearing<br />

And the Court having considered in accordance with section 15(2) of<br />

the Bankruptcy Act 1988 the nature and value of the assets available<br />
