headlamps are about attention to every detail that
is important out there in the dark. It is an approach
that goes far beyond the power of the light source
itself to also include function, fit and comfort. The
silicone string on the inside of the wide headband
is a good example. It ensures a pleasant, secure fit
even when you are moving fast on bumpy terrain.

All headlamp models feature a double beam technology
called SILVA Intelligent Light ® . It combines a wide floodlight
in front of you with a long-reach spotlight ahead.

Our most sophisticated light feature is SILVA Flow Light ® ,
an all-in-one technology that enables seamless tuning of
the light pattern for different activities.

we want to ensure that the SILVA headlamp range is
versatile enough for you to do whatever you want.
Several of our models come with practical multiattachments,
that give you the freedom to move the
lamp between your headband, helmet, backpack
and handlebar.
One battery is always included when you buy
a SILVA headlamp. To add flexibility, the SILVA
Connection System enables you to connect all our
headlamp models to all SILVA battery packs made
from 2008 and onwards.
The battery line-up gives you the opportunity
to find the right balance between burn time and
weight. The power range covers a wide span of activities,
from a small head-mounted battery for a fast
run to a powerful pack for a long hike.
All our rechargeable batteries are equipped with
USB charging.

vision and sharp contrasts by creating a comfortable,
fading transition from light to darkness.

The headlamp is one of your most important safety
details, so there is no room for compromise, no matter
if we are talking material, light quality or battery burn
time.
All models have to prove their durability and reliability
in Scandinavian winter conditions. There are
also several examples of how we integrate reliability
features into the design, such as a couple of quick
flashes with the headlamp to warn you when the battery
capacity is down to 25%. Some of our lamp models
also have a reserve mode that automatically adjusts
the light to a setting that guarantees you another
hour of use.
To ensure that you are unstoppable also in wet
conditions, all our headlamps are certified according
to either the IXP6 or the even tougher IXP7 standards
for electronics. Out in the dark, this means that an
IPX6 lamp can take both heavy rain and water spray,
while the IPX7 label tells you that the lamp is waterproof.
