The young Person's guide to the orchestra
-Everybody plays

-Only brass was playing
-Only strings were playing
-Only percussionists were playing

The orchestra song
The people in my group are Aidan,
jasper and me. First I sing the kettle
drum then jasper joins me with the
horn and next only Aidan plays the
Violin and finally I join him with the
clarinet.

Competitive foursome
Its a music act by four
ladies one playing the
cello one playing the
violin and one playing
the piano.

Reflection on the orchestra song
Today we sang the Orchestra song in
front of the class. My group is Aidan,
Jasper and I. We sang in this Order;
first K then J and K after only A and
finally A K and J. We sang exactly the
right notes through the whole song.
We kept in time exactly most of the
time. The best thing about our
performance was that we had the right
notes and we were in the same time.

I was in a room with Milan, Dylan,
Jasper and Sophia. Dylan and Sophia
are going to play the clarinet and Me,
Milan and Jasper are going to play The
Saxophone

Today I played page 6,7 and 8, with Milan
and Jasper in one of the rooms.I could
play all the songs first try.

Today we played Jingle bells with the
whole class,
And me and Milan did a duet.
6/1/2016
Happy new year, today we revised the songs
and I taught Milan how to play the first part
of the Star Wars theme, next we played good
neighbors and other songs with the whole
class.
The more I practice the better I play

Going solo
For going solo I am planning to play a
medley but I am not 100 percent sure
Because it is quite long and might be
too tricky.

I was using A new reed
so it was a little hard
but I think I did well

I changed the song from last
lesson because it was too
challenging the new song is
Pink panther

Today we made a Rythm song about
the months of the year. I was in a
group with Milan, Thomas, Jasper,
Dylan and Aidan. We only had 4
minutes because some people were
not concentrating whilst others were
working.

we played a song
where I started a
Rythm and continued it
to the end. After every
bar someone would
join In. First me then
Luis then Milan and
finally Kobby. Me and
Milan played the sax,
and Luis and Kobby
played the drums

Rythm in a group
We didn't practise this much
because Kobby and Luis were off
track. We still managed to make a
Rythm that was simple but
sounded decent
