The National Career Exhibition in the Banking,
Finance and Government sectors became an
annual important landmark event amongst the
employment endeavors for those sectors aiming
at enhancing the Emiratization strategy. Due to
the kind patronage and continuous support of
H.H Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qassimi
ruler of Sharjah, EIBFS has been successful in
hosting this event every year.
The increasing concern with Emiratization in
the Banking and Finance sector, led the State to
approve a new strategy for the banks based on a
flexible approach of points system in calculating
the Emiratization percentage, as decided by the
UAE Central Bank and the Insurance Authority,
for the Insurance Companies.
