2017 is the 5th year of operations for the Bid Office.
Over the last few years, we have focused on building our
competence, ways of working, establishing relationships
and of course delivering on our promises. This journey
has taught us many things - the most important one
being - competence is the fundamental enabler of
success.
Our role in the company is knowledge-centric and
customer-oriented. We are here to create success for
the company by enabling our sales force to win more
deals, at attractive price points that create value for our
customers. This is a tall order and not achieved easily.
The team that we’ve built is unique in its nature and
position within the company. With the ongoing integration
with the Business Units, our ability to serve as a global
knowledge hub has never been stronger.
Against this backdrop, successful execution of our
FullPot program is critical for our future success. The
program has been developed with maximum involvement
from all of you and hence has very strong roots. I’m very
hopeful that with this level of anchoring, and commitment
from the Leadership Team, FullPot will yield numerous
benefits for all of us.
Given that knowledge is at the center of what we do,
I’m truly excited about this e-magazine. This marks the
beginning of a new phase in our drive to expand our
knowledge base and will take us along on the digital
frontier as well.
