Entries Open from Thursday the 28 th June 2012 and Closes on the 1 st August 2012
SATMA Awards in partnership with the Eastern Cape Provincial Government, SABC, National
Heritage Council of South Africa (NHC), Ilanga newspaper, Premier Hotels Group and the Buffalo City
Metro would like to request that you please nominate an Artist of your choice relevant to you or to
your radio station or record company, complete a form below. You can make as many copies of this
entry form for all the categories that are relevant to your station, ethnic group or record company.
Kindly provide biographies of artists of your choice.

Please nominate the Top Three Artists or Groups in the categories stated above, only relevant to
you or to your Radio Station by completing the nomination form for 2012. The Artist/s or Group/s
must have recorded their albums in the period from March 2011 to February 2012. Kindly submit
the completed nomination forms to SATMA Awards accompanied by a CD, DVD, Artist/s or Group/s
photograph and profile/biography before the 1 st August 2012.
NB: All Radio Stations please do this in partnership with the Programs Manager, Music Compiler and
Traditional Music DJ.
