Wealden Times Midsummer Fair, set in the stunning grounds of the Hole Park estate near Tenterden, showcases over 250 handpicked exhibitors selling contemporary and vintage home wares, garden accessories, fabulous fashion and jewellery as well as artisan food and drink. All products sold at the fairs are chosen for their exceptional quality, good craftsmanship, originality and fine design, and can either be found inside five large retail marquees or outside in the avenue and around the showground. Stay for the whole day: Street food vendors sell mouthwatering treats, while coffee baristas and local vineyards are on hand to make sure visitors have plenty of opportunities to relax and refuel.

Wellbeing Festival<br />
‘Healing’ is central to our three-day Wellbeing Festival at this year’s<br />
<strong>Wealden</strong> <strong>Times</strong> <strong>Midsummer</strong> <strong>Fair</strong>. Along with the festival’s sponsors,<br />
Benenden Personal Healthcare and Benenden Hospital, we are<br />
bringing together a variety of talks and workshops to examine the healing<br />
benefits of a wide range of traditional and alternative therapies.<br />
Join our experts to discover how meditation, gardening, sound and nature can<br />
generate healing, or take part in a workshop and create something beautiful.

Rosemary Shrager 1.30-2.15pm<br />
The Real Taste of India<br />
During her time filming The Real Marigold Hotel<br />
for the BBC, Rosemary was drawn to the spiritual<br />
life of India, and will share her thoughts on how<br />
food and culture contribute to its healing power.<br />
Rosemary Shrager is a TV personality, chef and<br />
principal of her own Tunbridge Wells cookery<br />
school. Being an old friend of <strong>Wealden</strong> <strong>Times</strong>’<br />
festivals, her warmth and infectious enthusiasm<br />
make her a welcome addition to this year’s line-up.<br />
Brahmananda 2.45-3.30pm<br />
The Transforming Power of Meditation<br />
Sannyasi Brahmananda will talk about the<br />
benefits of meditation and teach a simple<br />
practice to be done daily at home.<br />
Brahmananda runs courses in meditation,<br />
yoga and yoga psychology.<br />

Anna’s experience of healing her brain tumour<br />
turned her from a BBC producer into a healer. She<br />
heals and runs workshops in Kent and London.<br />

Affecting people from all walks of life,<br />

Healing the addictive personality<br />
Carolyn will discuss the nature of an addictive<br />

Carolyn is a Kundalini Yoga teacher, Teacher<br />
Trainer and Psychosexual Therapist, specialising<br />
in addiction and trauma recovery.<br />

Gong Healing<br />
Join Mark Swan for a healing gong bath.<br />
Gongs heal physically, mentally and<br />
spiritually by bringing about cellular<br />

FROM ASHFORD<br />
Take the A28 south towards Tenterden. Drive for<br />
13.5 miles through Tenterden and into Rolvenden<br />
village. Turn right onto Regent Street/B2086<br />
at The Bull Inn. After one mile the <strong>Wealden</strong><br />
<strong>Times</strong> <strong>Midsummer</strong> <strong>Fair</strong> will be on your right.<br />
FROM LONDON/A21 Leave the M25 at junction<br />
5 for the A21. Go through three roundabouts and after<br />
20 miles take the first exit on the fourth roundabout,<br />
signposted A262. At the next roundabout, after 7<br />
miles take the second exit onto Sissinghurst Road.<br />
After one mile, turn right onto Chapel Lane. Go<br />
straight over the first set of crossroads and turn<br />
left at the second onto The Street/B2086. Drive<br />
through Benenden village and the <strong>Wealden</strong> <strong>Times</strong><br />
<strong>Midsummer</strong> <strong>Fair</strong> will be on your left after 1.5 miles.<br />
FROM MAIDSTONE/M20 Leave the M20 at<br />
junction 6 for Chatham/A229. Follow signs for the<br />
A229, taking the third exit at the first roundabout<br />
and the second exit on the second roundabout. Drive<br />
through Maidstone, following the signs for the A229/<br />
Hastings. Turn right onto Loose Road/A229 at the<br />
Wheatsheaf Inn. Drive for 11 miles, through the village<br />
of Staplehurst and on towards Cranbrook. At Wilsley<br />
pound roundabout turn left onto A262 into Sissinghurst.<br />
Turn Right opposite the Milk House Pub down Chapel<br />
Lane. Go straight over the first set of crossroads and<br />
turn left at the second onto The Street/B2086. Drive<br />
through Benenden village and the <strong>Wealden</strong> <strong>Times</strong><br />
