This booklet is designed to give essential information in a handy form regarding<br />

the range of ADNOC Lubricants which have been developed to meet the latest<br />

industrial, automotive and marine applications and many other specialties<br />

that are not included in the book due to space limitation. Detailed information<br />

related to any particular product may be obtained from ADNOC Distribution<br />

Corporate Sales & Technical Services Personnel. The specification given on<br />

each page reflect the specification of the main grade of the product and due to<br />

formality requirement may not be applicable to other grades although they are<br />

of the same level such as Voyager Plus15W/40 & Voyager Plus 40.<br />

ADNOC Distribution has an integrated and up to date lubricants and packages<br />

manufacturing unit along with a research and testing laboratory to ensure the<br />

highest standard of quality control and service to customers.<br />

Note: The Physical & Chemical Properties included in this handbook are typical<br />

values of current production. Minor varioations are the norm in manufacturing<br />

An Introduction to the Bottle Packing<br />

The bottle design has been created to reflect the ADNOC lubes “Quality &<br />

Performance“ brand attributes. The simplicity of the curved bottle shape reflect<br />

the curves that are intrinsic to the ADNOC Distribution falcon symbol, as well as<br />

taking cues from modern automotive styling.<br />

The packaging is innovative and unique in its sector. The packaging clearly<br />

represents the commitment of ADNOC Distribution to setting the standards of<br />

performance and quality in the lubricants market, not just the standards of today<br />

but the standards of tomorrow.<br />

A specific feature of the 4L and 5L packs is the red “Shroud” closure. This offers<br />

customers improved pouring whilst also making the packs more secure. The<br />

closures are a unique feature that also makes the packs difficult to replicate by<br />

counterfeiters. The shroud is manufactured using injection moulding processes<br />

and it will clearly differentiate the<br />

ADNOC Distribution lubricants pack in the marketplace.<br />

LUBRICANTS AND GREASE PLANT<br />

ADNOC Lubricants blending and packaging plant<br />

was set up in 1979. It has since undergone a series<br />

more than 5 times to accommodate the increasing<br />

demand for Adnoc lubricants locally and internation-<br />

PRODUCT STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE<br />

It is absolutely necessary to store products properly<br />

to ensure quality. It is recommended to store lubricants<br />

indoors at moderate temperatures away from<br />

dust, moisture and other contaminating sources.<br />

If outdoor storage cannot be avoided, drums must be<br />

laid on their sides with the bungs horizontal in order<br />
