Accommodations We will be spending our time between two fabulous hotel locations. The Magic Castle Hotel in Hollywood and the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites in Anaheim. The Magic Castle Hotel is located one block from Hollywood Boulevard. Nestled in a residential area at the base of the Hollywood Hills this cute, friendly, vibrant hotel has won numerous awards for customer service and frequently rates in the top 5 resorts in <strong>LA</strong> on Trip Advisor. WCDT loves The Magic Castle Hotel due to its fabulous location, apartment style rooms and awesome staff. The hotel serves a deluxe continental breakfast with pastries from one of the best bakeries in all of Los Angeles, Susina Bakery. Also included with breakfast are a variety of cereals, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, juice, coffee, and tea. Most rooms have a kitchen and we are located a short walk away from a supermarket and many food places. The hotel also offers our dancers FREE SNACKS! This is the perfect location to enjoy our WCDT Tour! Unlike most of the other resorts in Anaheim it is located on a quiet residential street away from all the loud hustle and bustle. Just a 12 minute walk or quick bus ride (for a nominal fee) you will be in the heart of downtown Disney! WCDT loves the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites as the rooms are clean and current, there is an onsite restaurant, yummy hot breakfast for us every morning, laundry, pool and spa, chill out areas, fitness centre, free internet, snack shop and swipe card access to all rooms plus a security guard at night to keep us extra safe. Rooming Configurations Accommodation is based on 4 – 6 share per apartment/ hotel room. A combination of standard and 1 - bedroom suites will be utilized depending on numbers and make up of dancers, chaperones and family members per tour. All rooms have different rooming configurations. Room lists will be organized in conjunction with the Studio Owner/Team Leader approximately 6 weeks prior to departure. Generally there will be one chaperone per room with their child and 2 – 4 other dancers. If there are more chaperones than the standard 1:3/5 ratio two chaperones will be in the same room with their dancer children. Sharing Everyone will share a bed or futon (fold out sofa bed). Parent Chaperones will share a bed or futon with their child and dancers will share beds and futons. Rollaway beds will be used where required to accommodate team rooming lists. Studio Owners/Team Leaders will have dancers with them in their apartment/hotel room unless sharing with their own family. Single accommodation is not available. A non- bed sharing supplement will apply for those wanting their own bed. Current cost $857.00 USD. Male Dancers & Chaperones Male dancers will be in separate rooms to female dancers. However this is dependent on the makeup of their team, friendship groups, age, and whether their mother is a chaperone etc. Males are not permitted to chaperone female dancers due to rooming arrangements. Males wanting to join their daughter on tour may do so either on a Family Member package and room with other members of their family, as a chaperone to male dancers (if applicable) on a Family Member package with a single accommodation supplement (additional $2571 USD on top of the Family Member cost) or Family Member package without accommodation ($1597 USD for all included activities - you are required to find and book your own accommodation). Family Members Families of 4 or more will be accommodated together in their own apartment/hotel room. Families of 3 or less wanting their own apartment/hotel room will be charged an accommodation supplement to cover the cost of the “4th” person otherwise they will have other dancers with them. www.WorldClassDanceTours.com 13
