Our drivers and escorts are strong, but they are finding it harder to
move some suitcases. We need your help in keeping our employees
healthy! Due to the recent increase in luggage size & weight
we have found it necessary to communicate some guidelines.
Checked Baggage
One bag per person is allowed for tours of 10
days or less. Two bags are allowed for 11
days or more if you are traveling without
a partner. Husbands and wives are
asked to limit themselves to 3 bags on
longer tours. Please limit each bag to
no more than 45 pounds. It is also
important that the overall dimensions
of your bag be reasonable.
Keep in mind that over 40
passengers might be traveling
with you and everyone’s luggage
must fit.
Carry-On Baggage
Everyone is allowed one carry-on
bag. Your carry-on bag must be able to fit in the overhead
compartment. The overhead compartments on motorcoaches
are not necessarily the same size as those on airplanes. The
average motorcoach compartment size is 8” high x 19” wide x
15” deep. Please be sure that your bag fits these dimensions.
Follow these helpful hints to help you
pack more efficiently:
1. Use lightweight luggage if possible.
2. Pack sample sizes of toiletry articles (shampoo,
hairspray, etc.)
3. Don’t over pack. Often, laundry facilities are available.
4. Take clothing that can be worn more than once by mixing
and matching. Coordinate your wardrobe with one or two
basic colors.
5. Pack shoes that can be worn with many outfits.
6. After you are finished packing, test the weight of your bag. If
it weighs more than 45 lbs., please remove items to keep it
under 45 lbs.

Why Book Early?
We understand that it is often difficult to plan your
vacation far in advance; however, we encourage you to
make early reservations on all tours in order to guarantee
that you will be confirmed. We must let hotels, theatres
and many other attractions know how many passengers
are on our tours, and to pay the admissions sometimes
as early as six months in advance! If we have no or few
bookings on a tour at that time, we are forced to cancel
it or lose our deposits and payments. Such a situation
is very disappointing to us, but also to those of you who
may call for reservations one or two weeks before a
trip is scheduled. The earlier our customers make their
reservations, the less likely a tour will be cancelled.
Don’t Pass Up a Bargain!
Make your reservations early and take
advantage of lower prices offered on
most tours for a limited time.
Sale prices are valid on
applicable tours as follows.
Sale ends February 13, 2012 for
most tours departing from
April 1 through October 31, 2012.
Sale ends September 17, 2012
for most tours departing from
November 1 through
December 31, 2012.

FREE WiFi Service!
When you travel on retail Perkiomen multi-day motorcoach tours, you can
now take advantage of FREE on-board WiFi service. Keep up with your email,
instant messaging, surf the web, update your Facebook status, check the
weather forecast, etc.
Please understand that it is necessary to have some restriction as to what is
accessible through our system. Users will see a message when the websites
they are attempting to access are denied. As an example, Netflix, YouTube,
etc. videos cannot be accessed or downloaded. Also, our WiFi service does
not extend into Canada.
