ThumbsUpp is an all-in-one identity sharing solution. It allows sharing and receiving entities to
seamlessly exchange and sign agreements – both online and offline. It features an audit proof,
digital paper trail while protecting the identity and data of the involved counterparties.
ThumbsUpp securely wraps the user’s “ME” into a biometrically and blockchain secured digital
identity, that just eliminates the effort and friction when doing one of those things:
• Filling out a form, uploading an ID or utility document
• Queueing for a conference registration, getting a visitors badge
• Bothering with how to get a personalized ticket to a rock concert
• Bothering to carry he entrance ticket to this event
• Carrying any loyalty card or annual pass for zoo or a museum
• Checking in and out and accessing hotel rooms
• Opening up an online banking account
• Stamping in and out of work
• Getting a short term loan when buying a laptop in an electronic retailes store or online

ThumbsUpp doesn’t store all of that. This would be way too insecure. ThumbsUpp provides a tool
for the user to safeguard, store, enrich, access and share parts of his virtual identity. This virtual
identity is much more than a government issued photo ID. It’s the ID, it’s an address, it’s a couple
of social media profiles with movements on them, it’s a phone contract, 3 concert tickets, an
insurance etc. It’s a mixture of hard facts and very static data with a lot of life and behaviour. All this
together makes the VIRTUAL ME a much more powerful and trustworthy one than a piece of
plastic in the hands (or in front of the camera) of a maybe well trained person that tries to do a
legal identification or KYC.
We can’t protect all of that, no one can do that and will ever be able to do that.
That’s why we do not store the user’s data. It all gets distributed randomly and encrypted in a
private network or blockchain environment with carefully selected and certified trusted partners.
None of the nodes will be able at any time to compile a set of data or even a complete profile with
the data available out there – even if he had all the data from all other nodes. Only the user himself
with his biometric keys can unlock and unleash his data*.

and distributed storage work and as we momentarily have subsets of the data that will be shared with a counterparty for a few moments,
