LAYOUT AND DEADLINES: Space has been allocated for a maximum of 50 booths in the
Exhibit Hall. Booth numbers will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis (see exhibit
hall layout on following page). Any cancellations received after June 1, 2017 will only
receive a refund if the space is sold. Please contact Debbie Ball (dball@iiaar.org) at the
Big I Office with any questions or to book your exhibit space.
Booths include an 10’ x 10’ standard booth with a skirted table, 2 chairs, a wastebasket
and an exhibitor ID sign. The cost per booth is $800 Member, and $900 Non-member
(This includes 2 registrations). Golf is an additional charge. Additional registrations may
be purchased at the regular price.
SHIPMENT OF EXHIBITS: You may ship your exhibit materials directly to Freeman. Once
your completed registration form is received at the IIAA office, you will receive an email
from CustomerService@freemanco.com to order exhibiting products and services. Your
freight will be accepted as follows:

Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Wednesday, May 10,
2017 at the above address. Materials arriving after June 5, 2017 will be received at the
warehouse with an additional after deadline charge.
SETUP & TEARDOWN: Exhibitors must complete booth set up between 11:00 a.m. and
4:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 8, 2017. Exhibits may be torn down after 11:30 a.m. on
Friday, June 9, 2017 and must be down by 12:00 p.m.
EXHIBIT HOURS: Friday, June 9, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Quality not Quantity:
