Papers submission:
Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers
written either in English or French and should be six
pages long according to the IEEE format. Author kit and
submission details are available on the conference's web
page: All submitted papers are evaluated by two
reviewers and acceptance will be based on technical
quality, originality, clarity and experiments tests.
Accepted papers will be published in a proceeding
volume that will be available at the time of the
conference.
Important Dates

VENUE: The ICEO’13 conference will take place at
Kasdi Merbah University, Ouargla city (south-east of
Algeria). A social program will be organized to allow
visiting sand dunes and oil city of Hassi-Messaoud.

Objective
T
he Second International Conference on Electronics
& Oil: from Theory to Applications (ICEO’13) will
be held from March 05-06, 2013 in Ouargla, Algeria.
Through its technical program, the conference aims to
provide an outstanding opportunity for both academic
and industrial communities alike to address new
trends and challenges, emerging technologies and
progress in standards on topics relevant to today's fast
moving areas of electronics. The multi-disciplinary
approach to engineering has become an important
factor for the design of many new products and
processes. The integration of mechanics, electronics,
control and computing exploits and exceeds the
relative advantages of single disciplines. When
adequately integrated, the synergy among the areas
ensures that performances reach much improved
levels. ICEO’13 will be an international forum for
researchers and specialists to exchange new ideas and
practical experiences. It will provide an opportunity to
present and discuss the latest research work in the
several areas of the conference and to target future
collaboration on current issues identified by
conference participants. ICEO’13 will offer oral, poster
sessions, and, professional meetings. Submitted papers
are expected to cover state-of-the-art technologies,
theoretical concepts, standards, products
implementation, ongoing research projects and
innovative applications of electronics technologies use.
Workshops sessions & tutorials
ICEO’13 organizers encourage scientists & industry
leaders to organize and participate in special workshops,
tutorials and panel sessions. A session proposal should
