The property is prominently situated on the Longmead<br />

Industrial <strong>Estate</strong>, one mile north of <strong>Epsom</strong> town centre. The<br />

estate is immediately accessed from the B284 Hook Road,<br />

which in turn links to the A24 Dorking Road, which provides<br />

The property comprises two distinct elements, a recently<br />
