Bring fresh water to a boil<br />
(212 0F/100°C) or at least over<br />
200°F/93.33°C.<br />
Measure 2-grams of tealeaves per<br />
8-fl,oz. of water.<br />
Pour scalding water over the<br />
tealeaves in a brewer. Let the tea<br />
brew for 3 minutes.<br />
Decant the brew to separate the<br />
tealeaves from the liquor<br />
If you are a purist, your tea is ready.<br />
If you like your tea with dairy and<br />
sweetener, you can add these now.<br />
