Services: Residential program for adolescent males, ages 13-16.Must be Palm Beach
County resident with no felony conviction. Program is voluntary. Program provides for
decision-making process and life skills experiences specifically designed for at-risk youth boys.
Parents are required to attend a mandatory parenting meeting, while their child attends Eagle
Academy. The meetings are every Wednesday night at Wellington Community High School
from 6:30 to 9:00 pm. Facility has a capacity of 100 beds and is staffed by law enforcement and
professional staff. Services consist of a military model in self-esteem and team building,
personal growth, life skills training, and vocational and educational skills development. The
overall mission is to change youth behavior and criminal involvement in the community, at
school, and/ or at home. Weekly visits are required with parent/ guardian.
