Developing Leaders, Changing Lives

2
WARREN WILLIS
NSP Founder & CEO

WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
1. 84% of all people who receive Christ in the US do so under the age of 18*
2. There are 2.5 million high school students in California and Illinois
3. There are 16.1 million high school students in the United States
“We train Christian university students to coach and
mentor high school students for Christian impact!”
— Warren Willis, CEO & President
The National School Project exists to bring the gospel message of Jesus Christ to
this next generation of students! We pray that God will bring a student-led, churchsupported
campus awakening to the love of Christ at every public school in America.
Since 2002, we have coached students at over 250 schools to boldly share
Christ with their peers on campus and have given over 125,000 students the
opportunity to hear the gospel. We believe that God is leading us to go as far and as
fast as possible throughout the nation to help the next generation hear the
life-changing message of Christ while there is still opportunity.
STRATEGY 1 / RALLIES
Multiple speakers use their talents to
perform demonstrations and then transition
to sharing Christ with the audience.
6
*Everything we coach students to do is perfectly legal, clearly protected by two
pieces of US law: The First Amendment and the Equal Access Act.

age as everybody here, but
I’m not ashamed of God.”
YOUR DONATIONS HELP PROVIDE
MATERIALS FOR RALLIES, WITNESSING,
FOLLOW-UP, AND GUEST SPEAKERS

STRATEGY 2 / CHRISTIAN MATERIALS
Materials such as Bibles, devotionals, and a
variety of witnessing tools help student leaders
reach their campus for Christ.
11

STRATEGY 3 / PERSONAL WITNESSING
Club members are trained by their
campus mentors to personally share with
others about their faith in Christ.
12

SINCE 2004, MORE THAN 16,500 STUDENTS
HAVE HEARD THE GOSPEL THROUGH PERSONAL
SHARING AND 830 HAVE ACCEPTED CHRIST
13

STRATEGY 4 / FOLLOW-UP
We train students to follow up with their
peers through phone calls, one-on-one meetings,
small groups, and church events.
14

“Follow up
strategies are a
bridge between the
campus and the
church.”
WARREN WILLIS
NSP Founder & CEO
PRAY STUDENTS CONTINUE TO BOLDLY
SHARE THEIR FAITH ON THEIR CAMPUSES
UNTIL EVERY STUDENT HAS HEARD

STRATEGY 5 / PRAYER
Pray for students to be friendly, loving, and
kind—to be bold and strategic as they
share Christ with their campus.
ILLINOIS / TEAM
Heather was one of the first high school students coached by NSP over
the course of numerous missions trips sent by the California team. When
she got to college, she prayed desperately that God would bring NSP to
Illinois. When her dream came true in 2013, she was shocked and thrilled to
continue working with NSP as a mentor, leader, and eventually as a full-time
staff member. Having seen the ministry from its birth in Illinois, she is now
privileged to serve as the Illinois State Director.
