Spend the day visiting two fascinating
towns of the Campania Region: Salerno
and Paestum.
In Salerno, together with our guide, weʼll
visit the city. In the early afternoon, weʼll
continue our day in Paestum, one of the
most important archaeological site of
the Campania Region right after Pompeii
and Herculaneum. Here you will be
able to admire one of the most well preserved
Greek Temples (Neptune Temple)
and a Basilica that dates back to 6th Century
BC. Next to the excavation site, you
will also find a Museum that treasures the
famous “Tomb of the Dive” a magnificent
example of Greek painting.
Return to Sorrento in the afternoon.

Enjoy a wonderful day exploring the amazing
city of Naples. Pick-up from the hotel and
departure on board of a semi private bus. At
the arrival, weʼll visit first the Church of Gesù
Nuovo in Piazza del Gesù and Santa
Chiara continuing then to San Severo
Chapel that treasures the famous Cristo Velato.
Weʼll walk by Basilica of San Lorenzo
Maggiore reaching there after San Gregorio
Armeno. Stop for lunch at a local Pizzeria
continuing then to Piazza del Plebiscito
where weʼll have some free time and the
chance to admire Galleria Umberto, San
Carlo Theatre, Via Toledo. Our trip will end
at the famous “Caffè Gambrinus” where
just as Italians do, weʼll complete our lunch
break with the “Caffè” and “Sfogliatella”.
Return to Sorrento.
