Our vision<br />
Mark Taylor, CEO of the eLan Group identified a tract<br />
of land in Blythedale, North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal<br />
for development purposes due to the increasing<br />
northward shift of property development and people<br />
movement in the province. With the land being<br />
well placed in terms of the growing commerce<br />
sectors, a new international airport, new schools<br />
and the establishment of several secure gated<br />
residential estates, Blythedale Coastal Resort was<br />
conceptualised.<br />

Location<br />
Blythedale is located about an hour from the Durban<br />
CBD, just 10 minutes north of Ballito and a mere 25<br />
