eLan Hospitality<br />
The hospitality division is experienced in all facets of hospitality<br />
operations, marketing, sales, day to day management and hotel<br />
development. The management team within this division have over<br />
the past 23 years operated, project managed and opened a number<br />
of hotels, resorts and game lodges in sub-Saharan Africa. The eLan<br />
executives have operated in a number of African countries operating<br />
hospitality products for international conglomerates, JSE listed<br />
companies, private individuals, share blocks and body corporates.<br />
The division also analyses existing hospitality businesses and creates<br />
turnaround strategies for owners and offers to assist in the sale of<br />
properties if this is the desired outcome. Through the use of partners in<br />
the tourism industry we direct sales and marketing platforms through<br />
third parties, thereby improving the overall return on investment for<br />
hospitality investors.<br />
