Get Everyone Together
When it comes to businesses with
a number of offices spread across
various locations, the benefits of
getting everyone in the same room
together are obvious. Colleagues
can catch up, share updates, discuss
situations and exchange advice, or
simply just put a face to a name.
However, that does not mean a
business with one office and a
relatively small workforce cannot
benefit. Even if employees sit next
to each other every day, it can be
hugely effective to bring them to a

from work, away from computers
and telephones, where they can
communicate frankly and without
distraction.

Considering how much of our

than work. This will help them to

cross over from being colleagues to
being friends.

working environment.
