Orange County, California. Since 2013, Managing Partners Chris Caporicci and Matt<br />

Cummins, have achieved client success by offering flexible and innovative solutions<br />

that on average, we spend a cumulative three<br />

hours speaking with each candidate about their<br />

preferences to find which position meets their<br />

Permanent placement solution for primary care, surgical, specialty, mental health, and<br />

midlevel searches.<br />

THE MISSION RECRUITING REPLACEMENT CLAUSE<br />

The MISSION RECRUITING REPLACEMENT CLAUSE stipulates <strong>Mission</strong> <strong>Recruiting</strong><br />

will replace any candidate that fails to report, is terminated or leaves within the first 60<br />

days.<br />

PRICING<br />

Our fees are simple.<br />

There are two parts to our fee structure.<br />

The first part is a monthly Professional Fee, which is charged five months in advance.<br />

This fee allows us to conduct the search.<br />

If we are unsuccessful after this five month period, we will stop collecting monthly<br />

Professional Fees but continue searching until we find your ideal candidate. If a<br />

candidate is placed before the five month mark, you will not be charged in full.<br />

Instead, you will only be responsible for the months leading up to the placement.<br />

The second part is the Placement Fee, which is contingent upon our success. We<br />

don’t charge this fee unless the candidate is hired.<br />

Our contracts are typically between 45% to 65% contingent. Our System Partner<br />

Platform has five (5) monthly billing periods. A custom quote will be crafted for your<br />

organization’s recruiting needs after the Pre-Recruitment Evaluation.<br />
