The aim of the <strong>Daily</strong> <strong>Success</strong> <strong>Journal</strong> is to help you establish a daily<br />

practice for success, be happier and, as a result, inspire you to grow<br />

and transform in a way that uplifts you.<br />

It serves as a little book of inspiration, enabling you to capture your goals,<br />

thoughts and feelings every day, so you don’t forget them, and instead<br />

are inspired by them on other days.<br />

This journal is designed to help you connect with what you most want,<br />

every day, and plan your life accordingly.<br />

How to use your journal<br />

Start your day by writing down how you feel when you wake up. Please<br />

be honest.<br />

Nowadays we tend to think too much and forget to feel. This is so<br />

important. It will make a big difference, so please do your best to do it.<br />

If you need a bit of help getting in touch with your feelings, put your hand<br />

on your heart, close your eyes and ask yourself “How do I feel today?”<br />

The affirmations help you either reinforce a positive feeling, or help you<br />

change from a negative feeling to a positive one.<br />

If you are not sure how to use affirmations, here is a simple way to start.<br />

Relax your shoulders and stand tall with good posture.<br />

Read your affirmations out loud one by one, in a slow, confident tone<br />

of voice – read them like you mean it, like you believe it, and as if it is<br />

actually real or already happened.


Affirmations usually, but not always, are stated in the present tense<br />

and start with “I/I am.”<br />

Here are some examples that may help you:<br />

• I am a positive thinker.<br />

• I love and respect myself.<br />

• My body is strong and healthy.<br />

• I attract success in all areas of my life.<br />

• I am confident that I can achieve anything.<br />

• I have an unshakeable dedication to my goals.<br />

• I eat healthily to energise my mind and my body.<br />

• I believe in myself and my ability to acquire massive wealth.<br />

• I think positive thoughts and radiate positive energy with ease.<br />

• I am always motivated and my positive energy motivates and lifts<br />

those around me.<br />

• I am grateful for being alive and for all the positive things that are still<br />

yet to come my way.<br />

Your goal can be anything from personal to professional.<br />

It doesn’t have to be a massive one, just something that’s important to<br />

you and that you deeply want to achieve that day. Then break it down<br />

into two to three smaller steps to make it more achievable.<br />

At the end of the day, use the review section to acknowledge if you<br />

achieved your goal. If not, write down why you didn’t, staying honest<br />

and being kind to yourself.<br />

Then write down what you could change to achieve it.<br />

Before you go to sleep, focus on three things you are grateful for at the<br />

end of each day.<br />

If you are starting practising gratitude and find it a bit difficult, think of the<br />

easiest things like being grateful for the sun, the birds, the air you breathe,<br />

the house you live in, the food you eat, your friends, your family, a smile,


a kind word, being able to love, feel, see, hear, smell, taste... Once you<br />

get used to appreciating the simple things in life, it will become easier<br />

and more natural to you.<br />

Asking yourself these questions may help you:<br />

• What inspired me today?<br />

• What made me think today?<br />

• What made my heart sing today?<br />

• What made me feel proud today?<br />

• How many people smiled at me today?<br />

Remember that what you give out to others with abundance, also give<br />

back to yourself. Do your best and be your best every day. That’s all you<br />

can do. Live, love, appreciate and be kind to yourself.<br />

P.S: Do not feel that you have to fill in all three items of affirmations and<br />

gratitudes. Start with what feels right for you, whether it’s one or two items,<br />

then increase to three when it comes more naturally.<br />
