Each year we revise our learning content <strong>to</strong> reflect the changing landscape of Irish education. Past themes include making<br />
a difference, positive mental attitude and the achieving Irish. Choose <strong>to</strong> include or exclude this full-colour module.<br />
Our journal can include 32 pages of outstanding learning content from the Super Generation<br />
designed <strong>to</strong> be colourful, engaging and informative.<br />

The well-being section is designed <strong>to</strong> help young people <strong>to</strong> improve their mental health and well-being and <strong>to</strong> develop<br />
resilience, improving their academic outcomes in school and success in life.<br />
The study skills section helps young people understand how we learn and how <strong>to</strong> accelerate learning through left and rightbrain<br />
techniques. It also provides guidance on organisation and planning study. It shows how <strong>to</strong> create effective notes using<br />
mind maps and introduces memory techniques which can be applied <strong>to</strong> enhance recall.<br />
