6. Include or exclude our learning content Each year we revise our learning content to reflect the changing landscape of Irish education. Past themes include making a difference, positive mental attitude and the achieving Irish. Choose to include or exclude this full-colour module. Our journal can include 32 pages of outstanding learning content from the Super Generation designed to be colourful, engaging and informative. THIS CONTENT IS ALSO AVAILABLE AS GAEILGE The well-being section is designed to help young people to improve their mental health and well-being and to develop resilience, improving their academic outcomes in school and success in life. The study skills section helps young people understand how we learn and how to accelerate learning through left and rightbrain techniques. It also provides guidance on organisation and planning study. It shows how to create effective notes using mind maps and introduces memory techniques which can be applied to enhance recall.
