of water. The less water<br />
you drink the more your<br />
body needs to work to<br />
keep a balance<br />
(homeostasis). Water is<br />
essential to stay healthy<br />
and improve your<br />
concentration. Drink<br />
between 1.5l and 2l daily.<br />
Consider drinking from a<br />
250ml water bottle and<br />
refill it. Carrying water<br />
around makes you more<br />
conscientious and you end<br />
up finishing it.<br />

Snack throughout the day<br />
with healthy eats.<br />

so that you can be<br />
successful in your studies.<br />
