MARMAR COPENHAGEN’s new spring summer collection continues
the delicate flow of dreamy designs from previous years. Their fabrics
are made from pure cotton crepe, luxurious cupro and elegant
viscose. The new collection is “comprised of a beautiful mix of
everyday options and luxurious gems for special occasions”.
The
collections of MarMar Copenhagen also give comfort, so that both
small and big children can explore the world without restrictions and
in their own way.
Marlene Annie Holmboe is the talented and creative designer of
MARMAR COPENHAGEN. Supported by her education at Danish
Design College and inspired by her children, the founding of
MARMAR COPENHAGEN came naturally.
We would like to take you behind the scenes of MARMAR’s recent
fashion photo shootings from their fabulous Spring/Summer
Campaign, to give you a visual of the creation in the making.

As you would walk through the detailed and
dreamy setup within the scene of a botanical over
handing garden, you can clearly see all that goes
into such a high-end campaign. From concept to
completion, it’s refreshing to notice that not one
hand was wasted in creating this magnificent
series.
Collaboration is truly the key, it is not just the
photographer’s job, but the effort from the entire
team. You have the designer, the stylist, the
makeup artist and the children. In the end it all
comes together and speaks perfectly to the vision
created.

including harmful chemicals and pesticides, parents are turning toward alternatives choices,
like organic cotton. Therefore, much of the selections at Luv & Lu are organically certified
that have been made in a way to care for you and your baby. Organic cotton is not only
toxin free, but it is also safer, sturdier, and softer to touch.

Say Bye Bye to Teething Pain!
The Tropical ! Way
Soothing Pineapple Mango and Avocado Ice-Pops
Teething bites. Literally. Every parent could tell you that this is no walk
in the park. But before you start grabbing for those over-the-counter
teething relief gels or baby tylenol…please know that there are better,
natural and even tropical ways for dealing with this time.!
Soothing fruit and veggie ice-pops are a great way to satiate a
teething tot and a great way to introduce new flavours. If your already
having your little one take ownership of their foods, why not add in
some tropical fruits to their diet. After all, pineapples mangos and
advocates are known to be fantastic natural teething aids for babies: !
Pineapples! Have you heard? Pineapples have a certain enzyme -called
bromeliad which actually helps with inflammation and pain! Pineapples also
supports healthy digestions and is loaded with vitamin C, fibre and B
vitamins. !

Mango’s are a fab bit of food to introduce to your baby. Mangos are high in
vitamin A and fibre and work well with boosting the little immune system. !
!
Avocados are often known to be the perfect baby food, as they are said to
contain everything healthy for growing bodies. Avocados are a great source
of fibre, potassium, vitamin E and iron. Also popular for their unsaturated
“healthy fats” which are known to support your baby’s brain,
physical development, and central nervous system. !

INGREDIENTS
!
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut water
1 ripe medium avocado, pitted, peeled and
diced (about 1 cup)
1 1/2 cups diced mango (about 9 ounces)
1/2 cup diced pineapple (about 3 ounces)
!
Mix all the ingredients well in a blender (about 30
seconds). Then add the mixture to an ice cube tray
(preferably one that is BPA free) and place the tray in
the freezer. Once the mixture has frozen you can add
one ice cube to a mesh feeding bag or a cloth and tie
the edges with a string. Then serve.
Your baby will love it! The thick fabric feels good as
the icy mixture numbs the soar gums as well as taste
yum-yum.
Another tip to share with you is that the pineapple
cores and mango stones, when refrigerated for several
hours, also make great teething reliefs.

Denmark in 2014.
The collections are inspired by the
designer’s son and passion for cute

Mrs. Mighetto started in 2014 in
Stockholm Sweden. The talented designers
Anne and Malin are known for their
marvellous posters wallpaper, and interior
accessorise that integrates a dream-like
fantasyland in every child’s nursery and play
room.

“All of a sudden it was love” the Swedish
designers proclaimed as they excitedly
dabbed more water and colours to their
canvass. Their vivid imagination of these
beloved creatures suddenly came to life.

Within less than two weeks of the release of
their first collection, word had got out and
their posters were completely sold out.

Renate wanted to create something personal
for children rooms that could please both
