BONUS
Sponsors are being presented a unique opportunity to utilize the Hermann Hall Auditorium to
host demonstrations, product releases, updates or education sessions to outside parties.
This presentation time is not designed for Sponsors to engage with Health Fair attendees but
rather with your customers, clients, prospects, etc. Your team handles all invites and on-site
registration. It’s your time, your space and you use it as you desire. The auditorium has an 800
seating capacity, stage and sound system. NOTE, no food is allowed in auditorium. If there is
interest in food, please discuss with the coordinator.
1 Hour Presentation Cost: $3,500 Hours Available: 10am-2pm (If another
