36/35mm or 10/120 images There is a 1 time set-up charge for ALL CRT recording orders. If your job<br />
requires many rolls [many images], there is still only the 1 time set-up fee.<br />
NOTE: Companies that produced these machines have not updated the software in years – so we must maintain older<br />
computers w/older OS/systems. We have to test films achieve proper color output. There were never any B&W films calibrated<br />
for CRT output – this is a custom service. The days of pushing a button is over. Please don’t ask us why it cost this much –<br />

PAYMENT & PROCESSING POLICY: All orders must have a completed write-up with address,<br />
phone, Email, ship info and payment info. If you do not wish to supply payment info with<br />
the order please call us with that info so we can include it with your package. Film that comes<br />
without payment info will sit until we receive it. These orders will not be run 1 st. Payment<br />
info must accompany all orders or your film will not be run. We offer NO credit – We are a<br />
C.O.D. run shop. Orders that do not have sufficient payment, declined-CC or receive unpaid-<br />
PP notices: [these orders will be sent several notices.] After 90-days they will be considered<br />
abandoned. Be sure you have your SPAM settings to accept our email and invoices. If you are<br />
sending a check or money-order – you can call us to determine the exact total. Orders that<br />
have short-checks will not be sent. Sorry, we can only offer ‘CREDIT’ for checks that are over<br />

mounted or up to 20-rolls unmounted-35mm & 120/220 or up to 50 4x5 sheets. (rate-increase 1/12) $6.75<br />
Due to the recent USPS increases, only 1-lb packages can be quoted. Go to USPS.com for other price quotes.<br />
FEDEX & UPS<br />
We can not pre-set shipping costs for FEDEX /UPS ground, 3-day, 2-day or EXPRESS shipping. There are too many<br />
variables with this shipping option. If you find it necessary to know the return ship cost before you send in your<br />
film you will have to give us a call or go the FEDEX.com for a price quote.<br />
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If you can afford it, please request ‘tracked’ shipping.<br />
Unless requested, International orders are returned by USPS GLOBAL PRIORITY or EXPRESS. This is the most<br />
cost effective form of “TRACKED” shipping. Ship discounts apply to International orders as well for film volumes over 40 rolls.<br />
